Refund Policy

Once a valid refund request submitted, the refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the refund request. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit/debit card or bank account. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit/debit card and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

When you buy a online training program or membership on Eduzek, you have to agree to our refund policy which includes following terms.

Cancellation & Refunds

Eduzek reserves the right to postpone/cancel a live training or change the time of a training because of insufficient enrollments, instructor illness or force measure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability etc.)

  1. We offer users a 1-day, no-question-asked money back guarantee on Live training or membership if no training content (PDF, PPTs, Code) has been downloaded.
  2. The refund should be claimed within 1 day of registration or purchase.
  3. A live training program or membership purchase is Non-Refundable, if you have downloaded the training content (PDF, PPTs, Code).
  4. No such request will be entertained after 1 day of registration or purchase.
